Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 7 August 2026
CSystems Ltd is committed to making Lumea usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what has been done, what has not, how to reach us if something gets in your way, and when it was last reviewed.
The standard, and where we stand against it
The accessibility work on this service is aimed at Israeli standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013. Where the two differ we have followed WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is the later guidance and is stricter.
Where we stand, stated plainly: the measures listed below were built in during development and tested by us. The service has NOT been audited or certified by a licensed accessibility surveyor, so we do not claim certified conformance with the standard. An audit is intended, and this statement will be updated when one is completed.
Lumea is an online service. It is delivered over the internet, and support is provided by email and by telephone during the hours given below.
What has been done
The interface is built from semantic HTML with labelled controls, so screen readers can announce what each element is and what state it is in.
Every interactive control can be reached and operated from the keyboard, and the element in focus is visibly marked.
Text and background colours were chosen for contrast, in both the light and dark themes, and the page respects the text size set in your browser.
The layout adapts from phone to desktop without loss of content or function, and works in both left-to-right and right-to-left languages, including full Hebrew RTL.
Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers rather than announced as noise.
Movement is optional: if your device is set to reduce motion, animations and transitions do not run.
The site is available in Hebrew, English and Russian.
What is not accessible, and what to do instead
Some pages embed a map from OpenStreetMap. We do not control its accessibility. Every address shown on a map is also written out as text next to it, so nothing is available only inside the map.
Payment pages are hosted by our payment provider and are outside our control. If a payment page is not accessible to you, contact us using the details below and we will complete the payment with you another way.
PDF documents the system produces (invoices, receipts) are laid out for printing and are not fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will send the same document in an accessible format.
Content written by the individual businesses using the platform — their service descriptions, photos and page text — is theirs, and its accessibility is their responsibility as the service provider. We provide those businesses with tools that support accessible content, such as text alternatives for images.
Accessibility enquiries and reporting a problem
If something on this service is inaccessible to you, or you need information in another format, tell us. A description of the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use helps us reproduce and fix it quickly.
